Brainak will provide a free support and maintenance for 3 months from the date the product or website goes live. During this warranty period, Brainak will fix any bugs if any or other minor modifications on user interface as requested. Support during the warranty period will be as follows. Client will be able to log issues via 2 mediums:
1. Emailing issue report to help desk's mail account
2. Calling in to Brainak help desk through phone or Skype followed by an email of the issue report
Better maintenance is necessary for increasing life cycle of any product in the long run.
Brainak will be dedicating certain preferred support analysts to take on issues raised by clients.
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, support analysts will be obliged to go on-site to clients premise to resolve the issue.
